In Safari's menu, go to File -> Import From -> Passwords CSV File.LastPass is particularly useful for those that want to work together securely in different locations because it allows you share credentials to log in via LastPass.

Clean up the CSV export by removing Notes and other junk you don't want to import (this is probably optional, but I did it).

Note that any passwords without usernames or password conflicts won't be imported - in my case, the former were for sites that I haven't touched in years, and the latter were passwords where I've updated the password more recently in Safari than in LastPass, so this was a non-issue.

I've been putting off transitioning fully from LastPass to iCloud Keychain because it has been such a pain in the past, but Safari 15 added the ability to import passwords from CSV, and this functionality works with LastPass's CSV export format! So instead of a convoluted workflow, you just need to export from LastPass and import into Safari.
